The place was clean and we loved the triple room. We really enjoyed the rooms with the balcony. the location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from St Paul's Church. the ambiance felt really special and the service was exceptional. I have stayed in the a twin room with a balcony. Nice touch to have central heating, cable channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. It has perfect and excellent location steps away from Georgian National Opera Theater. Every staff member is very friendly and strives to meet your needs.

the rooms were new-fashioned and modest, they come with round bed, the balcony, a bath tub. the location was particularly good - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. the bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

Hotello made my stay in the city so enjoyable. I was impressed with the value for money offered by this hotel. The prices were fair and reasonable, especially considering the central location, between 2 metro stations and close to the most important museums and the Opera House. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, I loved having a room with a balcony. It was a great little spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. my experience at Hotello was fantastic.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were a great touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was also delicious and had a good variety.

The noise levels were extremely high throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the staff were not very helpful or informative when it came to providing recommendations and advice for exploring the city.
